How to Make Delicious Awayuki/
Japanese Jelly Dessert

Hehehe.. try this simple, affordable yet delicious
recipe.
It's so simple it makes you go..
"waah hai mai gam chew kap yong yee arr?"
Really ar..but then eating it is more simple right.
:P
Here's the recipe *jing jing jing*

1 1/2 sticks kanten(jelly strips) OR 4 teaspoons agar-agar powder
250 g/8 oz/1 cup sugar(or more if you like it sweeter)
3 tablespoons strained lemon juice or fruit flavoured liqueur
Note:what ever type would be nice erm except
banana & ciku :P
or yeah & durian :P haha)
2 egg whites (remember to remove egg yolk..if dnt knw how to remove..just put into a bowl & use a big spoon scope it & throw into your mouth
OK ACTUALLY just remove away the egg yolk don't cook with the jelly or anything..u can even use it for fried rice or later use etc.)
lemon slices or strawberry fans for decoration
(this is just for the decorations )

IF using kanten(jelly strips), break sticks into pieces and soak in 2 cups water for 30 minutes, then bring to boil and simmer until completely dissolved.
ELSE
IF using agar-agar powder, sprinkle evenly over surface of 2 cups water in a saucepan and stir until it boils and dissolves. Add sugar and stir to dissolve. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
Whisk(means bagi tumbukan padu maut dengan sudu) egg whites in a clean, dry bowl(clean dry coconut shells also can :P) until stiff. When agar-agar mixture is still slightly warm add it to the egg whites, mixing well. (Do not let it cool too much or it will set before you can mix it into the egg whites...then tai wok/big case!) Pour into a mould or individual dishes and leave to set. Chill and decorate.

offer to them.. then when they are eating stand
very close to them with the kitchen knife/jelly knife high up in the air *MORE VISIBLE the BETTER*
then ask..*in super sweet silky honey voice*..
"Nice or not?"
"Delicious or not?"
