eating, sleeping, drinking, reading, listening to music (on the job and off it), meeting up with friends and playing water polo, but now its more a hobby than a serious sport :)
I am writting this commment only and only because Dayan keeps pestering me to write something good about him and put him in a good mood ... well ...all I can say is he is the bestest friend you can ever have and he is even better as something else ...!!!

Wel first of all he is my uncle n a very protective 1!! hehe he's a really nice guy, BUt v used to fight alot dose days bt now its all k !!! i guess i ws ws a brat n he ws really old!!hehe (just kidding) . Since I'm too far away to give an actual present, this is my birthday present to Dayan :-)
Dayan is an amazing person with the biggest heart (and stomach, apparently) you can find. He's the big brother I always wanted and now I have (though I don't have to worry about being related to him ;-) :P ).
To think we've known each other for six years now!
Words I've come to associate with Dayan: Crazy; fun; loving; protective (in a good way); unique; strong - both mentally and physically (the only person I'd trust to help me walk a tightrope - bet you don't remember that Dayan! :P ).

On a more serious note, I hope we're still in contact when we're eighty (well when I'm eighty...you'll be waaaay past that by then :P )!
Dayan.. AKA Bottomless Pit, Saranakara Chandia.. Known him since school days and wasn't it one of the biggest mistakes i've ever made... I'm sure u'll agree machang that our relationship is one of love and hate... we love to hate each other... always at each others throats.... but when we've needed help always there for each other.... appreciate that a lot machang...
That smile we see is all due to Clogard Tooth paste... I heard he still has stocks at home... apparently they paid him for that advertisement with a box of toothpaste... hehe
Dayan & I were called the 2 bottomless pits for 1 reason... Never let any food go a waste... Though i've fallen out of that habit a bit dayan continues at full speed... All those study sessions we've had during A/L's & CIMA, dayan's main concern was what's for lunch... from the time we start to study he's worried about lunch... and after lunch he's too stuffed to do anything else but sleep... Well that's dayan for u!!
I wouldnt go into his Chick activities... 'cas it'll take a lot of space and the beginning of a new fight... neda dayan...
well anyways u'r a good soul to have around (when u'r not fighting with me...) and next time we play cricket please don't bowl... its a big disaster... keep to throwing the ball in the pool.. hehe

After much pursuation, here i am attempting to write Dayan "bottomless pit" Ranasinghe a testimonial#^^%$^%$& here goes.. 1.Mispronounced the name "marzood" as "mouse-hood" ! 2.Has never heard the phrase "beware the ides of march" although he claims to be an english lit. undergrad. 3.However he can boast of a limitless vocablary of slang words. 4.Personification of the term "wali" 5.Appears on tv commercials that end up complementing each other.( Tea(stain) & toothpaste(bleach) ) 6.Has chopped me off the picture he has uploaded here as his primary photo, even though the killer smile is no doubt attributable to me. 7. Organizes parties but fails to turn up in the end. 8.Disillusioned to the extent that he thinks his niece looks ike him. ( the kid mind you is adorable..Note the catch word here is disillussioned ! ) but, despite all this dayan is one very talented and amazing personality.Never a dull moment with him around.Here's to you for adding that unique flavour to the word 'friendship".

Dayan man wassap!!!!? This is one cool guy folks, (nice set of teeth too) Met him in interact about 8 years ago, lost touch for about 2 years now, but he's one guy u'd never forget. And that smile is not just for the camera ppl, he always has a big smile or something close to it on his face (now he's smiling 24/7 cos he gets paid for it) and has something funny to say....
