Workplaces field has been taken out in this release. We are redesigning the feature which will take some time. No ETA on that yet...

when we release new features, we roll them out in stages to mitigate potential performance problems. often, there are features that don't become fully functional until the release is 100%. The current release with the new profile views system is at 50% right now, and there's a good chance we'll finish it up tomorrow.
