I've spent a lot of time to put all my 1600 friends in circles!
Since a few days I've lost many members of the circles((!
When I add a new friend to a circle other circle members were deleted!

I've noticed this too. My friends circles are not accurate. The friends link on my main page shows a different number than the number of people in my friends circles. I am very punctual about updating my circles so I know it isn't me.

Also I sometimes find unchecked friends in my all circle that I did not add. How did they get there?

Lastly, why do the people who are no longer members still have an active account? Isn't there a time limit for last log in? There seems to be time limits on everything else.
