I usually post at a Mexican politics group, called "Mexico somos Todos". Sometimes we have some fiery discussions there, mostly between conservative and leftist groups. Some of the guys of the group, as an act of revenge after a discussion, click several times the "report abuse" button of your profile photo. The result? Hi5 almost immediately suspend your account and the next time you`ll have it cancelled. Now I am experiencing this issue, my account is being suspended, and I don´t have anything in my profile against the TOS.
I think Hi5 should review the "report abuse" policy, establishing some measures before suspending or cancelling automatically an account. I understand HI5 staff has a very huge amount of work nowadays, given the profile comments issue, but this is also a very important issue for us.

It means - suspend the user who is making false reports instead of the user he is reporting.

"We" don't but hi5 Customer Support does. Right now, the suspend process is partially automated and that is what contributes to the abusing the "report abuse" button. CS has been correcting mistakes when asked. They will usually act promptly when suspensions are not justified. BUT YOU HAVE TO ASK them - providing profile numbers/urls.

Yeah, thank you Claudio I appreciate your assistance. But what can I do if the problem continues, this was the fourth time they suspended my account on the basis of a false "abuse report" (more precisely, three suspensions and one cancellation). I have already sent an e-mail to help@hi5.com with the url of the user who is making those false reports, hopefully they will take some action.

That is the best way. Providing customer support with the name or ID of the people that abuse along maybe with any comment, posts or topics that can support your claim will help the staff at CS to take the measures to avoid this kind of issues in the future. Thanks for you patience and continuous support
Claudio
