Hey Jashemia...i noticed there haven't been any replies to ur post so here it is...i have 2 kids of my own and an Early Childcare Assistant graduate so u can trust my advice. If u wanna add cereals into ur babys diet jus give it to him/her in the mornings jus like giving her breakfast. if he/she is bottle fed then use the formula to mix the cereal or if breastfed then u can squeeze or pump milk. if not u can jus use boiled water. but start it off really liquidy so it won't choke him/her. maybe every 3 days give it more consisticy, but keep it mornings. as for the juice...don't even start him/her on juice yet cause he/she will get too used to the flavor and only want the juice. if u feel like he/she is thristy and doesn't want milk then u can give him/her water. i hope this helps.

take your time he or she has to get use to it. wit the cereal try to feeding him/her wit a spoon jus a little at a time. and wit da juice small doses and try all flavors u dont no wat they will like. my daughter hates apple juice and she has neva drank it from she tried it. and wit the whole no cereal in milk thing i give it to my daughter she had no problems. now 2 kids are alike and wat ya daughter might like others might not so trust ya judgement and try it out on her.
