Hi!
Have been there 2 times(24 years old)...have two kids at 2½ and 1 year.
What are u afraid of? TO give birth?But for me who had two diffrent. One was horibble and one was wonderfull. So can say that breathing and relaxing do ALOT!!! Start breathign rigth when u start to feel and realxing beteween.
