Bibek, I advice you to use UBUNTU. You can install UBUNTU on your Windows machine just like any other program by using wubi. For detail go http://wubi-installer.org/ . Message me for more info .. help.

well hero if u wanna use linux, then it has got many varieties such as suise, ubuntu, knopix. for home use i find ubuntu the best. for the system requirement u can check at www.ubuntu.com
