That's really tricky. No one can guess.
In Hi5 doc they say 'On your profile page click on 'Applications'', but I have no such button to click.

Hi,
Now to add an app in hi5 sandbox, just go into your "Developers" panel (found in your sandbox profile), and then you can add and submit any application.

When you have added your application into your Developper panel, then you can submit it to hi5.
Hi5 will then decide if your application can go or not into the public application gallery.
